The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe opened in 1998 with the goal of providing a unique and high quality product in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is owned and operated by Scott and Eric Brandt. Scott has been in the restaurant industry for 25+ years and Eric has followed with 20+ years. Scott was part of the original staff on opening day, January 9, 1998, and played an important role in the success of the restaurant over the last 20 years.

We offer over 85 unique pizzas with roughly 120 toppings to choose from. We make our dough fresh daily which is an italian white bread and not your typical pizza dough. As well as homemade pizza sauce that has two types of tomato sauces and seasoned with 9 different seasonings. With categories like, Vegetarian, Sea Food, Hot and Spicy, Local Favorites, ...on a pizza? Along with and large selection of Hand Crafted Ales, great bottled sodas, fountain sodas, and iced teas. We feature local breweries on draft and in bottle-Hangar 24 Craft Brewery, Ritual Craft Brewery, Escape Craft Brewery, Stone Brewing, Ballast Point, Karl Strauss, Lost Coast and so on.
